Remote Property Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated Remote Property Manager to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused specialist who enjoys working with tenants and property owners and can manage multiple operational tasks remotely.
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day property operations for U.S.-based properties, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and a high level of service.

Responsibilities
– Coordinate maintenance and repair requests by dispatching technicians as needed
– Track rent collection and monitor payment statuses
– Monitor open issues and follow up until full resolution
– Act as the primary point of contact for tenant communications
– Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with property owners
– Ensure accurate documentation and status updates for ongoing cases

Requirements
– Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
– Previous experience in property management (U.S. market experience is a strong plus)
– Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work independently
– Reliable availability during U.S. business hours
