Responsibilities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their successful adoption and satisfaction with the company’s solutions.
– Understand client goals and help them achieve measurable business outcomes through effective product use.
– Conduct regular business reviews, gather customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
– Analyze product usage data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
– 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within IT, SaaS, or technology sectors.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
– Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
– English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
