We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product team and work on several interconnected digital platforms. The role is part-time and fully remote, with flexible working hours and close collaboration with clients and the internal development team.
This position is ideal for a BA who enjoys hands-on analysis, active client communication, and turning vague requirements into clear, structured documentation.
Projects & Domains
You will primarily work on projects in the following domains:
– Event Management Platforms (core focus)
– Hotel Management Systems (HMS)
– Point of Sale (POS) systems (restaurant & hospitality full-flow)
These projects are already in development and production stages, so the role involves both working with existing functionality and supporting new feature development.
Responsibilities
– Actively communicate with clients to clarify business needs and expectations
– Prepare for client calls in advance: analyze context, gather data, and propose discussion points
– Translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation:
* Business requirements
* User flows
* Functional descriptions
– Ask the right questions and challenge assumptions when needed
– Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and well understood
– Continuously refine and expand requirements in alignment with the product’s evolution.
– Maintain and improve project documentation across multiple projects
– Be proactive: suggest improvements, highlight risks, and push the process forward
Requirements
– Experience as a Business Analyst (Junior+ / Middle level)
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
– Proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
– Comfortable joining and actively participating in client calls
– Ability to be available during agreed working hours and respond promptly
– Experience with Event / Hospitality / POS / Hotel Management systems is a strong plus
– English – confident conversational level (for client communication)
– Experience creating clear documentation (examples will be requested)
