We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in designing the logic and business models of Hotel Management System (HMS) applications. This is a consulting role with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
– Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to build a comprehensive logic and structure for a Hotel Management System application.
– Design and document detailed business processes, user flows, and system requirements.
– Analyze existing hotel management workflows and translate them into effective digital solutions.
– Ensure all elements of the system align with real-world hotel operations and business objectives.
Requirements
– Proven experience in business analysis specifically for Hotel Management System platforms (this is mandatory).
– Deep understanding of how hotel management applications are structured, including modules such as reservations, housekeeping, front desk, billing, reporting, etc.
– Ability to work independently and provide strategic input to the product team.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
