Axiom Pro, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Business Systems Administrator – CRM Platforms to take ownership of Salesforce and nCino environments. This role blends administration, process optimization, and project coordination. Rather than rotating between systems, you’ll be permanently aligned to managing and improving CRM platforms, ensuring smooth operations and scalable processes. You’ll partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver user-friendly solutions that support growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
– Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and nCino platforms
– Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, reports, dashboards, and workflows
– Conduct regular system audits, ensure data integrity, and prepare for upgrades
– Partner with business units to design and implement efficient processes
– Support training initiatives and help expand Salesforce skills across the company
– Act as liaison between end-users, vendors, and development teams to gather and document requirements
– Evaluate the impact of new requests on Salesforce, nCino, and integrated systems
– Participate in agile/SCRUM activities and change management processes
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred) plus at least 4 years of Salesforce administration experience
– Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
– Experience working in agile/SCRUM environments preferred
– Strong data management skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, apps)
– Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
– Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
