We are seeking a skilled Dayforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ceridian Dayforce HCM development and configuration, with strong technical expertise in integrations, reporting, and system enhancements. This role requires collaboration with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure optimal system functionality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, configure, and maintain Dayforce HCM modules including Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Time & Attendance.
– Design, develop, and implement Dayforce integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SFTP, and other integration methods.
– Create and optimize Dayforce reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
– Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
– Assist in system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure seamless functionality.
– Provide technical guidance and training to HR and Payroll teams as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– 2+ years of experience in Dayforce HCM development and configuration.
– Proficiency in Dayforce APIs, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
– Strong experience with Dayforce Reporting and Integration tools.
– Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Dayforce Certification is a plus.
