Our clients rely on us for flexible, expert support in optimizing their Dayforce platforms. You’ll work on a freelance, part-time basis, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver real value—on your schedule.
1. Dayforce Developer / Technical Specialist
Key Skills:
– Strong expertise in Ceridian Dayforce HCM configuration and customization
– Experience with integrations (APIs, connectors), reporting, and data management
– Ability to support system enhancements and troubleshooting
– Familiarity with payroll, time and attendance, and HR modules
– Ability to work cross-functionally with client stakeholders, including IT teams
Ideal Background:
– Previous experience in Dayforce development roles
– Strong understanding of technical architecture, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Dayforce Report Designer)
2. Dayforce Functional Analyst / Workflow Specialist
Key Skills:
– Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows in the Dayforce platform
– Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Dayforce configurations
– Deep understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
– Comfortable collaborating with client-side HR teams and end users
Ideal Background:
– Experience supporting HR digital transformation initiatives
– Functional knowledge of Dayforce modules and their real-world application
