This organization is currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Enterprise Automation and Artificial Intelligence to lead the design and deployment of advanced AI and automation solutions that will transform business operations and support its ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities
– Develop and champion a clear vision and roadmap to integrate artificial intelligence and automation throughout all key areas of the company’s operations
– Oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI models that improve risk analysis, personalize customer interactions, and enhance core processes
– Direct all stages of solution delivery, from initial strategy and architecture to full deployment and ongoing optimization
– Lead and inspire a cross-functional team that includes Lean Six Sigma specialists, automation engineers, and data science professionals
– Drive organizational adoption of new technologies by clearly communicating benefits, addressing concerns, and building trust with employees at all levels
– Establish practices that ensure AI initiatives meet ethical guidelines, comply with regulations, and achieve financial objectives
– Monitor performance indicators and regularly assess the business impact and return on investment of AI and automation programs

Requirements
– Extensive experience leading large-scale AI and automation transformations within complex business environments
– Strong knowledge of machine learning, data science techniques, and intelligent automation tools
– A proven record of driving operational improvements that deliver significant, measurable outcomes
– Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams while influencing stakeholders across the organization
– Comfort with navigating change and helping teams successfully transition to modern ways of working
– Background in process optimization methods such as Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks
– Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present technical ideas clearly and persuasively
– A combination of strategic perspective and hands-on drive to deliver practical results
