Axiom specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for the IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research industries. With a proven track record in establishing efficient remote communication channels and executing complex IT projects, we are seeking a talented Front-end Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS and in utilizing Figma, adept at prototyping, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and expertise in adaptive design. The role will involve working on various projects, requiring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
– Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs for various projects (e-commerce, hospitality, biotech, health, manufacturing & distribution, investment etc.).
– Utilize Figma to conceptualize, design, and prototype website layouts and interfaces.
– Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes through adaptive design techniques.
– Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.
– Ability to adjust the designs to match the existing style of a product
Requirements
– Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
– Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
– Ability to create prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.
– Experience with animation and interactive design elements.
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Will be a plus:
– Experience with PHP
