Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Software Architect – Hotel Management System

Axiom Pro is a leading recruiting and outstaffing company.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Software Architect to lead the end-to-end development of a new Hotel Management System (HMS), designed from the ground up with enterprise-level functionality similar to Oracle Opera.

This is a lead technical role requiring deep expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, software architecture, and team leadership. You will work closely with product stakeholders and oversee a team of developers and testers to design, build, and deploy a robust, scalable, and feature-rich hotel management platform.

Responsibilities
– Architect and build a full-featured Hotel Management System using the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, etc.) and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).
– Lead the full SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) — including design, coding, code reviews, deployment, and support.
– Define system architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Oversee and mentor a distributed team of developers, QA testers, and possibly DevOps engineers.
– Implement key modules such as Reservations, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Rate Management, Billing, PMS integration, Reporting, and Guest Profiles.
– IPTV experience is a plus.
– Ensure integration with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, door locks, digital signage, CRM systems).
– Set up CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and enforce best practices in code quality and project delivery.

Requirements
– Experience in full-stack development using .NET technologies.
– Proven track record as a technical lead or software architect.
– Experience building complex enterprise applications, ideally in hospitality or property management domains.
– Proficiency with:
.NET Core / ASP.NET Core
C#
SQL Server or PostgreSQL
JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Blazor)
– Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
– Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage remote teams and collaborate across functions.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience building or integrating with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, Maestro, Protel).
– Familiarity with hospitality workflows and guest lifecycle management.
– Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
– Background in UI/UX design for enterprise systems is a plus.
