Axiom Pro is a U.S.-based international recruitment and outstaffing company focused on sourcing top-tier IT professionals from around the world. We help global clients find and hire skilled developers, analysts, project managers, and other tech specialists.
We are currently looking for a strong IT Recruiter with excellent English communication skills to join our team. This role is primarily focused on technical sourcing and recruitment, along with participating in calls with clients and presenting the company and our services.
Responsibilities
– Source and screen candidates for IT roles (sourcing, CV evaluation, initial interviews).
– Post job openings on various platforms and in relevant communities.
– Conduct video/voice interviews to assess candidates’ motivation, soft skills, and English fluency.
– Prepare candidate summaries and submit profiles to clients.
– Join intro and follow-up calls with clients to present candidates and represent Axiom Pro.
– Handle written and verbal communication with candidates and clients in fluent English.
– Collaborate with the internal team on hiring priorities and updates.
Requirements
– At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing.
– Solid understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and terminology.
– Fluent spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead conversations confidently and clearly.
– Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
– Confidence in communicating with international clients and candidates.
Preferred:
– Experience in pre-sales or joining intro calls with clients.
– Previous work with international clients or remote teams.
– Team management or coordination experience.

– Flexible schedule, with required availability between 08:00 and 11:00 EST for team/client calls.
– Compensation: $8/hour during the first 6 months of onboarding and learning; increased to $10/hour after the adaptation period.
