Axiom, a recruitment and outstaffing company, is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to play a key role in acquiring new clients in the U.S. market. We specialize in sourcing highly qualified professionals across various fields, including financial experts, virtual assistants, developers, database administrators, QA engineers, and more.
We already have a vast database of candidates complete with video presentations, professional resumes, technical test results, and English proficiency levels. Your mission will be to identify companies in need of these specialists and offer them our services.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement an effective lead generation strategy to expand the client base.
– Identify potential clients through various channels, including:
– – Responding to job postings on corporate websites (monitoring Careers sections and sending suitable candidates from our database).
– – Conducting email campaigns.
– – Sending messages via messengers.
– – Making direct calls and establishing client connections.
– Maintain and update client and lead data in a CRM system, including setting up automated follow-up communications.
– Craft personalized email and message templates tailored to each client’s needs.
Requirements
– Proven experience in lead generation, preferably with a focus on recruitment.
– Successful track record working with the U.S. market.
– Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
– Strong business English skills.
– Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision.
– Copywriting skills: the ability to craft clear, compelling emails and messages.
