Currently, we are seeking a proactive and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our agency. Position Overview As a Marketing Specialist at Axiom Pro, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate the agency’s presence, attract new leads, and drive client engagement. We need someone who is not just a doer but a thinker—someone who will actively collaborate with the team, offer solutions, and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
– Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to Axiom Pro’s services, focusing on client acquisition, brand recognition, and engagement.
– Lead Generation: Work alongside the SEO specialist and lead generation manager to build and execute lead-generation campaigns.
– Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with the company’s goals.
– Website Optimization: Contribute to the improvement of the company website to drive more traffic and generate leads.
– Collaboration: Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and provide actionable insights.
– Proactive Communication: Regularly update the team on progress, deliverables, and results. Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication.
– Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
– Creative Input: Develop new ideas for campaigns and work with the team to bring them to life.
– Client Engagement: Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with client needs and market demands.
Requirements
– Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the recruitment or outsourcing industry.
– Familiarity with the US market and American clients.
– Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate with international teams.
– Proactive and independent with a problem-solving mindset.
– Experience in lead generation and social media management.
– Familiarity with SEO practices and lead-generation tools.
– Ability to set clear goals and track progress against them.
– Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
– A positive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to offer ideas and feedback.
