We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Google Merchant Center Product Specialist to optimize our product listings and resolve a variety of issues impacting product visibility and performance. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Merchant Center policies, data management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
– Product Data Optimization:
– – Review and analyze product data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Google Merchant Center guidelines.
– – Identify and resolve data discrepancies, including UPC issues, rejected SKUs, and image problems.
– – Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes to improve search visibility and click-through rates.

– Issue Resolution:
– – Investigate and troubleshoot product listing issues, such as disapprovals and low visibility.
– – Implement corrective actions to address identified problems.
– Dispute incorrect disapprovals through the Merchant Center interface.

– Data Management:
– – Maintain and update product data feeds to ensure accuracy and consistency.
– – Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide product information.
– – Performance Analysis:
– – Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
– – Conduct A/B testing to optimize product listings.
Requirements
