This organization is currently seeking a motivated and persuasive Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our high-energy call center team. You’ll connect with prospective clients, explain policy options, and guide them through the enrollment process—all with the goal of driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Engage with inbound leads and promote the company offerings
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products
• Provide detailed explanations of policy benefits and options
• Complete applications and ensure they meet compliance standards
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and quality benchmarks
• Stay current on products and services through ongoing training
• Maintain accurate records and perform follow-up on open items
• Support team goals and take on additional tasks as assigned
What You’ll Need
• High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
• 2+ years in sales or customer support (insurance/financial services preferred)
• Active life insurance license
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and web-based tools
• Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers
• Flexible schedule, including potential weekend and holiday hours
• A team-first attitude and a drive to exceed expectations
