Pre-sales - Lead Validation Manager

Axiom excels in providing outstaffing and recruitment services, from hiring to controlling workflow: IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Pre-sales | Lead Validation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our lead marketer, handling incoming leads through emails, messages, and calls. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, validate the leads, and effectively promote the company’s services. This is a dynamic position requiring excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
– lead validation activities (e.g. emails, messages, calls)
– delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
– preparing sales offers, answering customer questions
– encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.
– potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
– keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Requirements
– Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to engage and communicate effectively with potential clients.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Proactive attitude towards lead generation and customer acquisition.
– Comfortable using various software tools and platforms, including our internal company app.
– NATIVE OR FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST!
