To support continued growth, the company is expanding its go-to-market team and seeking a Remote Sales Development Associate to help generate pipeline and drive new business conversations.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, resourceful, and tech-savvy professional to join the sales team as a Sales Development Associate. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in building early-stage relationships with potential customers, identifying their needs, and introducing them to the benefits of the platform. Working closely with the marketing and account executive teams, you’ll help evolve our outreach strategies and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is a remote role open only to candidates based in the United States.
Responsibilities
– Proactively identify and research target accounts and ideal customer profiles using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms
– Initiate outreach to potential customers through a combination of emails, cold calls, and social media touchpoints
– Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and determine product fit
– Manage and update lead information in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and ideal buyer personas
– Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving best practices in cloud and SaaS sales
Requirements
– 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar client-facing role (experience in SaaS or technology sales is a strong plus)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a technical audience
– Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools
– Self-starter with a growth mindset, coachability, and a passion for sales and technology
– Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
– Familiarity with cloud technologies, data platforms, or cybersecurity is a bonus but not required

Salary
– Base salary from $55000 up to $75000 per year
