We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a team in software development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have proven experience in the IT sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and make decisions in challenging situations.
Responsibilities

– Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
– Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical integrations and project management within the IT sector.
– Technical Background: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals effectively.
– Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– Independence: Strong ability to achieve results with minimal supervision and make independent decisions.
– Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to interface with business and technical stakeholders.
