Responsibilities
– Partner with executive and sales teams to establish product vision and strategic roadmap.
– Drive the modernization of HRIS solutions and business processes, exceeding growth targets.
– Automate processes and optimize AWS utilization to achieve cost savings and accelerate feature delivery.
– Utilize NLP and AI to enhance personalized media content creation and Total Rewards system.
– Lead the migration of legacy codebases to modern frameworks like React, reducing custom code and improving platform efficiency.
– Mentor and lead Agile teams to deliver scalable B2B SaaS and mobile solutions with ambitious requirements.
– Maximize operational efficiency through data-driven insights and exceptional storytelling.
Requirements
– Extensive experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
– Expertise in modern web technologies such as Angular, React, and React Native.
– Proven track record of delivering transformative products and exceeding business objectives.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, preferably in a SaaS environment.
– Strong business acumen and a healthy obsession with user experience.
– Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
– Experience in HRIS and Payroll integration is a plus.
– Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills.
– Demonstrated ability to drive product and process modernization initiatives.
