Responsibilities
– AVLX Mastery: Oversee the planning, installation, and orchestration of AVLX systems, conjuring seamless audio, visual, and lighting experiences at sporting events.
– Techno Synergy: Collaborate with global suppliers and tech teams, weaving cutting-edge AVLX technologies seamlessly into the events.
– Power Precision: Craft and execute power distribution plans that deliver reliable and efficient power, fueling all technical requirements precisely.
– Electricity Alchemist: Coordinate with power providers and equipment suppliers, transforming electricity into an optimized energy solution.
– Global Technical Wisdom: Infuse a global perspective into technical management, assimilating best practices and innovations from international sporting events.
– Innovative Tech Vision: Stay on the cutting edge of AVLX and Power technologies, painting a future where event experiences are enhanced by emerging tech.
– Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a technical team, directing them with guidance and unwavering support for flawless AVLX and Power implementation.
– Operational Brilliance: Craft and execute meticulous technical plans, from workflows to timelines and resource allocation, ensuring flawless event execution.
– Quality Assurance: Oversee the precision of AVLX and Power-related work, implementing measures to maintain sky-high standards and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in technical management for AVLX and Power at large-scale sporting events, focusing on international events.
– In-depth knowledge of AVLX technologies, power distribution systems, and technical standards.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical management for major sporting events, with a global perspective.
