Responsibilities
– Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college and pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field; recent graduates may be considered
– Familiarity with building software using javascript frameworks
– Able to commit to working at least 30 or more hours per week
– Skills: Typescript, Cypress
– Passionate about quality, database scalability, testing, and making amazing software
– Love for design, almost as much as implementing modules and fixing broken things.
– Creative problem-solver; effective at analyzing a problem and enjoys innovative solutions that make us better.
– Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility
– Able to follow directions, work independently, and work as a collaborative team member
– Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, methodical and multi-task oriented
– Intellectually curious, and a clear communicator
Requirements
– Understanding of our tech stack which includes: Typescript (React), Python (webserver), and Java (data server)
– Continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. (Jenkins)
– Improve the quality of our products through advocacy, planning, automated and manual testing
– Ability to understand test requirements and specifications
– Capable of creating test documentation and test strategies for systems, subsystems, and component level testing
– Work with Databases, Web Application Development, and Web Services
