We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team and work on a project developing a web application. This application serves as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), designed to help businesses streamline the process of finding, hiring, and managing employees efficiently. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product.
Responsibilities
– Understand requirements for new features or change requests.
– Collaborate with developers to debug issues and clarify workflows.
– Conduct thorough testing based on requirements and other relevant scenarios.
– Create detailed test cases for assigned tasks.
– Perform screen-sharing demos during group calls, such as new feature presentations.
Requirements
– Certificates in Quality Assurance (ISTQB or similar) are a plus.
– Previous experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
– Proficiency with tools, methods, and concepts related to Quality Assurance.
– Experience working in Agile methodologies and teams.
– Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools.
– Excellent attention to detail and strong data collection and analysis skills.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Familiarity with web application testing.
– Basic knowledge of back-end technologies; experience in back-end development is a plus.
