Engineering Delivery Lead

Axiom Pro, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Delivery Tech Lead to provide dedicated technical leadership within a specific business domain — Customer, Lending, Accounting, or Financial. Unlike rotating leadership roles, this position is permanently aligned to one domain, allowing you to develop deep expertise and act as the technical authority for all delivery activities in your area.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Delivery, you will guide development teams through complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and ensure all delivery commitments are met with high engineering standards. You will influence outcomes through technical expertise and collaboration rather than direct management, while retaining full accountability for delivery within your assigned domain.

– Define technical standards, integration strategies, and modernization roadmaps.
– Oversee delivery planning, release readiness, and execution across multiple scrum teams.

– Review and approve architectural choices within domain boundaries.
– Mentor developers, testers, and analysts across capability teams.
– Partner with Product Service Owners and Program Managers to align priorities.
– Collaborate with peer Tech Leads on cross-domain dependencies.
– Drive technical innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
– 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
– 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity with accountability for delivery.
