Administrative Assistant

Axiom Pro is a leading US-based recruiting and outstaffing company. We are currently seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant for one of our trusted clients, a large logistics company in the United States. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments.
– Perform data entry, prepare and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
– Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
– Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders.
– Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
– Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, formulas).
– Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial record-keeping.
– Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work independently.
– Experience in calendar and appointment management.
