Entry-Level Bilingual HR Representative Trainee

Axiom provides outstaffing and recruitment services for the IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research industries. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for the entry-level Bilingual HR Representative Trainee position for a US-based company—a diverse collection of restaurants, bars, historical inns, event spaces, bakeries, and boutique hotels. As a Trainee, you will learn a wide range of HR topics, preparing you to eventually serve as the HR Representative for several lines of business within the Company. You will gain experience in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, progressive discipline, benefits basics, time and attendance, and more.

Responsibilities
– Coordinate the sourcing and recruitment process, with a strong focus on utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and others.
– Manage staffing changes for payroll processing.
– Under the guidance of an HR Rep Team Lead, act as a liaison to employees and managers for all HR-related inquiries and requests.
– Collaborate with the HR Rep Team Lead to enforce corporate policies.
– Learn to coordinate and conduct training programs throughout the year.
– Assist in planning and executing company events as required.
– Coordinate the progressive discipline process under the guidance of the HR Rep Team Lead.
– Support the coaching and counseling process with direction from the HR Rep Team Lead.
– Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
– Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
– Assist management with special projects as required.

Requirements
– BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
– 0-1 year of HR experience.
– Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure.
– Exceptional attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Team-oriented mindset.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
– Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
– Proficiency in Dayforce is a plus.
