Truck Load & LTL Specialist

Axiom Pro is a recruiting and outstaffing company. Our client, a U.S.-based logistics company, is looking for an experienced Truck Load & LTL Specialist to join their remote team. The ideal candidate has logistics and freight brokerage experience, understands truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) operations, and is proficient in sourcing truckloads, booking trucks, and negotiating pricing.

Responsibilities
– Source and secure truck loads using freight boards and industry contacts
– Book trucks and coordinate shipments for both truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight
– Utilize DAT, Carrier411, and other industry tools to find carriers and negotiate competitive rates
– Negotiate pricing and contracts with carriers to optimize shipping costs and ensure timely deliveries
– Build and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions
– Track and monitor shipments to provide updates and resolve issues as needed
– Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve logistics efficiency
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements
– Proven experience in truckload brokerage, freight dispatching, or logistics
– Knowledge of DAT, Carrier411, and other freight sourcing tools
– Strong understanding of truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) operations
– Experience in booking trucks, negotiating rates, and managing freight shipments
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

– Salary from $1000 up to $1800
