Responsibilities
– -Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in Hebrew
– -Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
– -Maintain a polite and professional tone
– -Escalate issues when necessary
– -Follow internal guidelines and scripts if provided
Requirements
– -Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written)
– -Strong communication skills
– -Comfortable working on the phone
– -Customer support or call center experience is a plus
– -English B2
