Join the customer-focused, fast-paced team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking support with their life insurance policies. You’ll handle inquiries, process enrollments, and resolve issues—all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
• Support members via inbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns
• Process insurance requests and policy updates with accuracy and care
• Guide members through coverage options and assist with enrollments
• Address complaints professionally or escalate when needed
• Uphold a high standard of service with speed, accuracy, and empathy
• Navigate multiple systems to ensure efficient and thorough support
What You’ll Need
• High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
• 2+ years in a customer service role, ideally in insurance or a call center
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and operations preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a digital environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Ability to multitask across phone systems and computer applications
Salary from $38000 up to $40000 annually
