Logistics & Customer Support Specialist

We are Axiom Pro, a recruitment and outstaffing company, hiring on behalf of Global Forwarding.

Global Forwarding is a U.S.-based logistics and transportation company headquartered in New Jersey, specializing in freight shipping and supply chain solutions. The company provides a full range of services including LTL and full truckload shipping, air and ocean freight, and integrated logistics support for businesses of all sizes.

With a strong network of carriers, proprietary technology platform, and real-time shipment tracking, Global Forwarding helps companies streamline shipping operations, reduce costs, and ensure efficient delivery processes.

Responsibilities
– Communicate with customers regarding shipments, invoices, and service-related inquiries
– Support Accounts Receivable processes, including:
– Following up on invoice variances
– Handling disputes and payment-related questions
– Assisting with collections
– Coordinate with internal teams on shipment updates and issue resolution
– Monitor open cases and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution
– Maintain accurate documentation of communication, payments, and case statuses
– Provide professional customer support via email and/or phone
– Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements
– Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in one of the following:
– Accounts Receivable + customer support
– Freight / logistics + customer support
– Experience with invoices, disputes, or collections is a strong plus
– Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work independently
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
