Axiom is a technology and delivery partner supporting enterprise clients in regulated industries. We are currently assisting one of our long-term US-based financial services clients in hiring a Senior Delivery Technology Lead to join their internal product delivery organization.
In this role, you will act as the primary technical owner for a clearly defined business experience domain (such as Customer Platforms, Lending Solutions, Accounting Systems, or Financial Operations) within a large-scale delivery environment. Unlike broad or rotational leadership positions, this role is deeply domain-focused, with full accountability for technical delivery, engineering quality, and architectural decisions within your scope.
You will work closely with product and program leadership while providing hands-on technical guidance to multiple agile teams. The role combines strategic technical ownership with active involvement, requiring you to lead through expertise and influence rather than direct line management. You will serve as the final technical authority within your domain and take responsibility for delivery outcomes, system stability, and long-term maintainability.
This is a long-term domain ownership role designed for senior technical leaders who want to build deep system knowledge, strong relationships with delivery teams, and make a lasting impact on complex enterprise platforms.
