We are looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead to join our team and lead the development of a Point of Sale (POS) system for the restaurant industry.
This is a hybrid role that combines coding (60%) and team leadership (40%), ensuring the successful delivery of a comprehensive POS platform.
The system will include functionality for placing orders, displaying them on tables and in kitchen areas, closing orders, and booking tables.
As a .NET Team Lead, you will play a key role in designing and maintaining the system architecture, collaborating with the team, and ensuring the platform meets both business requirements and user needs.
Responsibilities
– Lead and mentor the development team, managing timelines and project goals (40% of the time)
– Develop and support POS functionality, including order management and table reservations (60% of the time)
– Work with C#, XML, and SQL to build scalable and high-performance solutions
– Ensure seamless integration with backend systems and databases (MSSQL or similar)
– Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to system integrations
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution
– Provide technical support, maintain code quality, and uphold development standards and best practices
Requirements
– 5+ years of hands-on software development experience focused on .NET technologies
– Proven experience in team leadership or mentorship
– Strong knowledge of C#, XML, SQL, and JavaScript
– Experience with backend technologies and database management (MSSQL or equivalent)
– Experience with Vue is a plus
– Experience with Entity Framework is a plus
– Experience developing or integrating POS systems is highly desirable
– Confident use of Git for version control
– Fluent English (B2 or higher) and excellent communication skills
