Program and Project Manager

Axiom Pro, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Program & Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. This role involves managing efforts that combine technology delivery, new business processes, and organizational change. The manager will oversee several interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while operating with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities
– Lead programs from initial concept to completion, including post-project evaluation.
– Manage multiple high-value, complex projects simultaneously.
– Oversee budgets, resources, schedules, and project performance.
– Partner with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams across the organization.
– Identify and remove barriers to success, resolving risks and issues proactively.
– Build and manage project roadmaps and interdependencies.
– Provide transparent status updates to sponsors and leadership teams.
– Ensure compliance with governance, documentation standards, and quality processes.
– Mentor and guide project managers, promoting best practices.
– Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree required.
– 10+ years of senior-level project management experience.
– 4–6 years of program management experience.
– PMP certification required.
– Proven track record delivering large, multi-million-dollar programs on time and within scope.
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and lifecycle governance.
– Skilled in influencing leaders, managing change, and building trust with stakeholders.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to lead in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities.
