The registered and unregistered Trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) shown on the Site are the property of Axiom Pro and its licensors. Unless expressly permitted by us (e.g., via social media sharing tools provided on the Site) or by our licensors, you agree not to reference or attribute any information to Axiom Pro or its licensors in any public medium (e.g., press releases, websites, or public social media) for advertising or promotional purposes, or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party.  Use of site content

Axiom Pro permits you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for the duration of this agreement to access and download, display, and print a single copy of the Site Content on any one computer exclusively for internal business use. You must not modify the Site Content in any way (including creating derivative works), retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and comply with these Terms. Without Axiom Pro’s prior written consent, you are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, reverse engineering, distributing, transmitting, posting, or disclosing the Site Content. Furthermore, you may not “mirror” the Site Content or any part thereof without Axiom Pro’s explicit written permission. This Site does not grant you any license or right, either directly or indirectly or by implication, to use any intellectual property owned by Axiom Pro other than as expressly specified herein. If you fail to comply with these Terms, the license granted in this section will terminate automatically and immediately.

 User postings

By using the Site, you agree that any information you post or publish on the platform, including but not limited to forum messages, survey responses, and questionnaires, shall be owned by Axiom Pro, which has the unrestricted right to use, publish, and exploit such information for any purpose and in any form or media not prohibited by applicable law. By providing such information, you grant Axiom Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and exploit it.

Additionally, you waive any claims against Axiom Pro for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, intellectual property rights, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with Axiom Pro’ use and publication of such submissions. You also agree not to post any materials that are threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene, or that would constitute a criminal offense or violate the rights of any third parties.

Axiom Pro does not endorse the accuracy or reliability of user-posted information, and it cannot review all information posted to the Site. However, it reserves the right to refuse or remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason.

 Notices of infringement and takedown by Axiom Pro

Axiom Pro’s policy prohibits the posting of any information that violates the intellectual property rights of any individual or entity, including copyright rights and rights of privacy and publicity. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property right or a right that you are responsible for enforcing, please contact Axiom Pro at the provided address. This means that you will be responsible for any and all losses (also known as “Losses”), expenses, costs, or liabilities incurred by Axiom Pro and/or the Axiom Pro Indemnified Parties in connection with any claims that may arise as a result of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms, including any representations, warranties, and covenants you made. Axiom Pro has the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter that may be subject to indemnification by you, at its own expense.

It is possible for us to offer links to external websites, and some of the content displayed on this Site may be sourced from third parties, whether through framing of third-party websites or the inclusion of content from third-party servers via framesets. Governing law; jurisdiction

The laws of the United States will apply to these Terms, without considering the principles of conflicts of laws.
